Hi! I’m 17 years old and I’m from Clearwater, FL. My passions and hobbies include working with kids, caring for at risk children (foster/orphaned, impoverished, etc), working with those who have disabilities, and spending time with family and friends. I accepted Christ as my savior at the age of 15, and God has grown me in so many ways in such a short time. I have a younger sister with Autism, and I’m so thankful for what I’ve learned through her. I currently work as a nanny for a family style group home, caring for six beautiful children between the ages of one and five. They’re like younger siblings and love them dearly despite all of the craziness. Through being involved in foster care, I realized that God was calling me into orphan care. I quickly began to wonder what this looks like internationally and found a desire to go out of my comfort zone to reach the hurting and spread the Gospel. I honestly never though I would be going on the World Race, but God deeply moved in my heart, removed the fears and the doubts, and just told me to go. One of the reasons I’m super excited for the World Race is that I’ve never been able to go on a mission trip internationally, and I’ll be able to do just that and so much more! I am beyond excited to see where God takes me and how He uses me to further the Kingdom.
