              I’m super excited to announce that I will be spending next year on the World Race Gap Year! The World Race is a program through Adventures in Missions, a non-profit organization dedicated to mobilizing people to missions as a means of discipleship. I will be going to eSwatini, Ethiopia, and Cambodia, spending three months in each country. In my time overseas, I will grow in my walk with Christ through sharing the Gospel, serving others, building biblical community, exploring God’s creation, and spending time in His word. I will be serving in many different areas of ministry, including working in orphanages, loving on neglected elderly populations, teaching English, doing restoration projects, promoting education, and community outreach. I will do this through Adventures in Missions bases and ministry partners.

              I will be devoting a great amount of my time to fundraising and preparation. I have to fundraise $15,800 in order to go and meet financial deadlines along the way. The best part about this is that you have the opportunity to partner with me in advancing the kingdom, and I want you to be a part of my journey! You can do so by supporting me prayerfully and financially. I won’t be able to do this without you. There are various ways to support through fundraising; this includes:

• Pledged monthly giving or one-time gifts
• Referring me to other partners/others who might be able to provide financial support (businesses willing to donate profits or conduct fundraising events, etc.)
• Participating in fundraising events (t-shirts, business partnerships, adopt-a-box, etc.)

              You can donate by cash, check, or Venmo (@AndreaGallina621) and I will transfer it to my Adventures account. You can donate directly by hitting the “donate” button on my blog page (andreagallina.theworldrace.org). I will be doing a new fundraiser each month and then put the information out on social media and my blog. I will also provide updates on my fundraising journey along the way. My first goal is to reach $3,000 by the end of December. I must meet a $5,000 deadline in June, $10,000 in August, and be fully funded by January of 2021.

              Please be praying for me and my squad as we go forth to tell of the good news of Jesus Christ. Pray that the Lord would work in us and through us, and that we would grow together in Him. Pray for the people that we will encounter, that we can build relationships to bring hope and healing in the name of Jesus. Pray that He would move in the hearts of many to provide financially for it all to be made possible.

Adventures In Missions is a tax-exempt organization under IRS code 501(c)(3) and is a member of the ECFA. (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability). Due to IRS and ECFA regulations governing the administration of tax-deductible donations given in support of a particular trip/program, support contributions given on behalf of an individual will be used to offset the costs of the trip/program you are involved in.
