Meet My Team!

Hey everyone! I really love my team, and I wanted to take a minute to introduce them to you! 

Emma- 

Camino, California

Emma! A woman constantly seeking the Lord and oh so close to the spirit! She has a beautiful voice and couldn’t lead our squad better in worship. She is one who doesn’t just praise the Lord through her voice but lives in a constant state of worship and calls others to do the same. Wow, what an honor it is to learn from her!

Fun facts: highly addicted to coffee and is a batista, grew up on the mission field in Turkey and Tajikistan, she has been stung by a jellyfish.

Morgan-

Buffalo, New York 

Morgan! A woman known by her never ending love and joy. She has killer dance moves and will never fail to put a smile on your face. She is always in the word, always wanting more for herself and others, and always seeking the Lord. The love of the father shows through her intentional love.

Fun facts: extreme speedwalker like you’ve never seen before, highly obsessed with Justin Bieber, really awesome soccer player,  worked at a strawberry farm.

Anjali-

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 

Anjali! One who carries herself with the gentleness and kindness of the Lord. She is always there to be a listening ear and has the gift of comforting others. She is always listening to the Lord and following through with obedience, even when it is hard. 

Fun facts: oldest of five, second degree blackbelt, born in NYC, can limbo.

Kenzie-

Dayton, Ohio

Kenzie/Kenz/Kenzer is a woman of so much wisdom and truth. She is always fighting for others and calls them to walk out their true identity in Christ. She is an incredibly powerful yet humble leader, and has especially shown that being our raised up team leader. Jesus and coffee are the only things she is more passionate about than card games. 

Fun facts: highly addicted to coffee and is a barista, lives near a field of corn statues, gone sledding with a kayak, is a whole different person when playing spicy uno, spoons, or any other card game and will probably win very fiercely. 

Nicole- 

Front Royal, Virginia 

Nicole is our raised up squad leader! She alumni team led for another team on our squad, and felt the Lord calling to squad lead for the rest of our race! Nicole is one of the most intentional people you’ve ever met, and she deeply cares to know others and their stories. She is a woman who walks in vulnerability and invites others to do the same. She yearns for everyone to know the Father’s heart and never misses a chance to show them such. Whether it’s speaking truth over a circumstance, a hug, a thoughtful note, or just laughing together, it is evident that Nicole lives out of an overflow of the father’s love.

Fun facts: was homeschooled, very competitive spoons player, is very good at impressions, “I enjoy beef jerky dipped in peanut butter”

Alicia-

Phoenix, Arizona

Alicia was our alumni team leader! Because alumni team leaders are only there for the first three months, she is no longer on the race with us. She is off doing BIG things for the Lord. She is currently living and serving in Guatemala, a place that stole her heart during her race. Lic is a woman who is passionate about loving out of a place of being loved by the father, and she never fails to do so. From her good morning hugs to late night laughs, cries, and dancing, we couldn’t have asked for a better alumni team leader.

Fun facts: highly obsessed with JB, hates drinking coffee but loves the smell of it, loves lemons.
